Morning or afternoon Muay Thai?

There is no universally best time. Choose the session that fits your body, travel plans, and recovery.

The short answer: There is no universally best time. Choose the session that fits your body, travel plans, and recovery.

Why choose morning training

The 08:00–10:00 session gets training done before the rest of the day. It can suit early risers and visitors planning an afternoon at the beach or elsewhere in Krabi.

Why choose afternoon training

The 16:00–18:00 session leaves the morning open and can suit people who prefer more time to eat, hydrate, and wake up before hard movement.

Food and hydration

Avoid experimenting with a large unfamiliar meal immediately before class. Give yourself time to digest, arrive hydrated, and pay attention to how Thailand's climate changes your usual effort.

Training twice per day

The gym offers two-session prices, but availability on a price list is not a recovery recommendation. Build toward volume based on your recent training rather than holiday ambition.

Use current gym information

Prices, schedules, policies, and coach availability can change. Use the current prices and schedule, then use the training planner for the next step.
