What's provided

Just bring a water bottle.

Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are free to borrow at the gym, so you can train the day you arrive without buying anything first.

01

Gear is free to borrow

Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are provided at no charge, in adult and kids' sizes. No deposit and no ID to leave.

02

Free water refill

There is a free refill station at the gym. Bring a bottle and top it up rather than carrying two hours of water.

03

No experience needed

Beginners train in the same group classes. Say it is your first session and the coach sets the pace and corrections for you.

04

Shop at the gym

A small shop inside the gym sells E.N. merch and training gear for students who would rather train in their own.

How to choose

Choose for your goal.

Group training gives you the shared rhythm of a Thai gym. Private training concentrates the coach's attention on your movement and goals.

Use the 400 THB group drop-in. No account or advance booking is required.

02

Several training days

Compare weekly, monthly, and 10-session passes based on how often you will attend.

03

Focused correction

Request private training for technical details, confidence, conditioning, or a quieter first session.

Before you train

What people ask us.

If your question is not here, send us a message. We are happy to help.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No. Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are free to borrow for every class, in adult and kids' sizes, with no deposit required. Bring a water bottle and refill it free at the gym.
Which training option is best for a first-timer?
A drop-in group class is the simplest way to start. Choose private training if you want a quieter introduction or focused one-to-one attention.
Can experienced students join?
Yes. Tell the coach about your recent training and goals so the session can be adapted appropriately.
Can I train twice in one day?
Yes. A two-session day pass and longer two-session packages are listed on the prices page.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
No. Start at your current level, manage your pace, and tell the coach if you are new or returning after a break.
