Information you submit
When you send a contact or booking-request form, the website receives the name, email, selected enquiry type, and message you provide. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and manage the requested training conversation.
External messaging services
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email, Google Maps, and Google Calendar operate under their own privacy policies. Opening one of those services transfers you to that provider. No external message is sent until you press Send in that service.
Analytics
This website currently runs no analytics and sets no cookies of any kind. If measurement is added later, it will be limited to page views, button clicks, booking intent, and outbound channel selection, and it will require your consent first. Booking-message content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and free-text notes must never be sent to analytics.
Retention and requests
Enquiry data should be retained only as long as needed for the conversation, booking administration, and lawful business records. To ask about your information, email en.muaythai@gmail.com.
