Warm-up
Prepare for the session and settle into the training rhythm.
Pick the morning or afternoon class and come to the gym—no booking needed. Tell the coach if you are new or what you have trained before.
A group class mixes travellers passing through Ao Nang, locals who train every week, and kids who grew up in the gym. Beginners are completely normal here — say it is your first session and the coach sets the pace for you.
Train alongside the group while the coaches help you work at the right level for your experience.
Prepare for the session and settle into the training rhythm.
Work on stance, movement, guard, strikes, and combinations.
Practise with clear corrections and an intensity you can manage.
Build practical Muay Thai fitness without needing to arrive fit already.
Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are free to borrow at the gym, so you can train the day you arrive without buying anything first.
Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are provided at no charge, in adult and kids' sizes. No deposit and no ID to leave.
There is a free refill station at the gym. Bring a bottle and top it up rather than carrying two hours of water.
Beginners train in the same group classes. Say it is your first session and the coach sets the pace and corrections for you.
A small shop inside the gym sells E.N. merch and training gear for students who would rather train in their own.
Visitors can join a single class. If you are staying longer, weekly, monthly, and flexible passes are available. Tell the coach if you are new, carrying an injury, or returning after a break.
The planner is there to help you pick a class and find the gym. It is not a reservation—group classes are drop-in.
