The short answer: Keep it practical: clothing you can move in and a water bottle. At E.N., the gloves, wraps and shin guards are already waiting for you.
Wear clothes made for movement
Sports shorts and a breathable top are a safe starting point. Choose clothing that lets you lift the knee, rotate the hip, and sweat comfortably without constant adjustment.
Bring a water bottle
Training takes place in Thailand's climate and the listed class window is two hours, so arrive hydrated. E.N. has a free refill station, so a bottle you can top up beats carrying the whole session's water with you.
Gloves, wraps and shin guards
If you own gear you like training in, bring it. If you do not, E.N. lends gloves, hand wraps and shin guards free of charge, in adult and kids' sizes, with no deposit and no ID to leave. A small shop at the gym sells gear and E.N. merch if you decide you want your own. Policies differ between gyms, so check before travelling if you are training somewhere else.
Leave unnecessary items behind
Avoid jewellery and anything that can catch during movement. Keep valuables secure and follow the coach's instructions on footwear and training-area etiquette.
Use current gym information
Prices, schedules, policies, and coach availability can change. Use the current prices and schedule, then use the training planner for the next step.
